For the 4th Year, I will be leading a person retreat session on the day after Thanksgiving, which will include a combination of meditation, reading, artwork, journaling, and walks. We will each have our own time, but will talk and reflect over at lunch and at the end. This has been a great grounding time going into a very busy season.
